✂️ Salon Cancellation Policy At BlacktheSalon we value your time — and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the total booked service(s). This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking your next appointment. No-shows (missed appointments without any notice) will also be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
